• Inbound Call Centre Operators (2 Positions)
• Part-time / Job share

Experienced call centre operator/receptionist with excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Previous call centre or reception experience coupled with database experience,sound data entry and MS Word skills essential. Position involves liaising with clients, managing diary and scheduling appointments. Two positions available 2-3 days per week with occasional weekends that can be worked from home.
